He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph D. "R. D." Piper and Vine Lee Basler. He is survived by: his wife Isabel "Tina" Gonzalez; his sons, Ralph III (Robin) of Inman and Waylon of Wichita; his grandchildren, Ricky Manwarren (LaDonna), Rochelle Rivera (Adan), Tasha Piper (Casey), Renae Manwarren, Austin Piper, Maya Piper (Carl) and Kaylynn Piper; and his sister Georgia Robertson of Toledo. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
