Phyllis Gayle (Brewer) Ryberg Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Gayle (Brewer) Ryberg (Ulysses, Kansas), who passed away on July 11, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving her husband of 65 years, Paul, her two children, Connie and Mark, 18 grand children, 9 great-grandchildren, 2 sisters and 2 brothers. Her youngest son Nathan, passed away in September, 2021.
Phyllis was born in Ulysses, Kansas on the 21st day of November, 1939. She lost her father to the Pacific theater of World War 2. While living in Flagstaff, Arizona, she met Paul and they were married on June 23, 1957. She lived a full and busy life, living in several different states and helping to maintain order with her numerous grandchildren. She enjoyed many happy and joyous occasions as well as a few trials and tribulations. She is a two time cancer survivor and lost her youngest at too early of an age.
She had a tremendous love for and desire to share her life in Christ. She will be sorely missed, and it is in faith that we believe she is now and forever safe and loved in the arms of her God.
Mom was never one to seek the limelight, and her family and friends are scattered, so we are not planning any services at this time. We ask that in her honor and remembrance, you seek time with those you love and cherish and make peace with those of whom you are at odds. Please make a donation of time, money, or of yourself wherever you find a need.
Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Phyllis Gayle (Brewer) Ryberg to pay her a last tribute.
