He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Theis and Blanche "Betty" Theis (Harrison). He is survived by: his significant other Ruth Ann Kelly; his children, Kelly Singer (Keith Hanson), John Theis (Deb) and Erik Theis (Jennifer); his sister Karen Ling (Jack) of Colorado Springs, CO; and his grandchildren, Michael Higgins (Heather), Derek Higgins (Kara), Tyler Buck, Chelsea Buck, Adam Theis (Moira), Jakob Stratton (Sierra) and Justin Johnson (Nikki Moore). He is also survived by 6 Great-Grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
