He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence W. Hopkins and Bertha Floy Hopkins (Breeden); his spouse Laurie N. Jordan; and his brother Gary Hopkins. He is survived by: his sons, Jarod Hopkins (Anna) of Hutchinson, David Hopkins (Julie) of Hutchinson and Phillip Hopkins Jr. of Hutchinson; and his grandchildren, Breanna Hopkins of Hutchinson, Kaitlyn Hopkins of Hutchinson, Cheyenne Hopkins of Hutchinson and Jack Hopkins of Hutchinson.
