He was predeceased by: his parents, Estel Young and Melba Young (Warren); and his wife Freda Young. He is survived by: his daughters, Sandra Johann of Independence, MO, Cindy LoPorto (Chuck) of Blue Springs, MO and Christine Robinson of Lee's Summit, MO; his brother Scott Young (Margie) of Hutchinson; and his grandchildren, Carrie Turner (Mark Nicholas) of Lee's Summit, MO, Sal LoPorto (Gina) of Riverside, MO, Mike LoPorto (Kim) of Emporia, Christopher LoPorto (Katherine) of Lee's Summit, MO, Ashley Johann of Independence, MO and Stephen Johann (Shelby) of Independence, MO. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
