He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Isabel and Mary Sylvina Mendoza (Caudillo); and his sister Amelia Ann "Annie" Ochs. He is survived by: his children, Matthew Mendoza (LeAnn) of Leavenworth, Jonathan Mendoza (Jessica) of Bella Vista, AR, Megan Mendoza of Hutchinson and Mia Mendoza of Hutchinson; his grandchildren, Jesse Mendoza of Leavenworth, Joe Mendoza (Maggie) of Anthony, Isabelle, Zachary and Ryker Mendoza of Bella Vista, AR; his great grandchildren, Nova Mendoza and Rowe Mendoza; his siblings, Robert Mendoza (Debbie Gosztola) of Hurst, TX, Mike Mendoza (Shirley) of Hutchinson, Patti Keen (Mike) of Hutchinson, Mark Mendoza (Margarita) of San Antonio, TX, Thomas Mendoza (Jamie) of Lawton, OK and Julie Lawrence (Aaron) of Chino Hills, CA; and his brother-in-law Stanley R. Ochs of Hutchinson.
