With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Lee Simpson of Hutchinson, Kansas, born in Kansas City, Kansas, who passed away on June 16, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Will Farris and Edna Farris (Welker); her husband Stan Simpson; her sister Jackie Bonura; and her granddaughter Annie Bridges.
She is survived by: her sons, Warren Bridges of Hutchinson and Wesley Bridges of Lee Summit, MO; her stepchildren, Glory Spikes, Stana Geier (John), Tammy McElhinney and Jeff Simpson; and her pet Chloe. She is also survived by eight step grandchildren; nine step great-grandchildren; two nieces; and one nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Hutchinson Animal Shelter or the donor's choice, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
