It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Myrna Bernard (Hutchinson, Kansas), born in Paola, Kansas, who passed away on March 2, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Wilhoite and Emma Wilhoite (Dillard); her husband Donald Lee Bernard; and her siblings, Fred Lee Jr., Robert, Jessie, Ernest, Delco, Noble Dean Wilhoite and Venice Greenwood.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Clark (William Howard) and Lori Bernard-Wilprit; her sisters, Mamie Anderson and Roberta Young; her grandchildren, Amaris Traylor (Dee), Richard Quentin-Lee Wilprit, William Andrew Clark and Halee Wright (William); and her great grandchildren, Isaiah, Mylah, ZaNia and Heiryn.
