He is survived by: his wife Debra "Debbie" Hoffman; his daughters, Melissa Finch, Kelly Polson (Shane Mog) and Staci Hoffman (Chris Ward); his siblings, Jean Wedel (Allen), Jolyne, Dan Hoffman (Audrey), Bill Hoffman (Chris) and Stan Hoffman; his grandchildren, Kelsie, Kaden, Maitlyn, Kullen and Kamellia; and his mother-in-law Dona Taggart.
