He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Mullins and Carma Gookins Hoagland; his sister Carly Mullins; his uncle Emmett Allen; and his cousin Todd Allen.
He is survived by: his aunts, Judy Allen and Terry Oden (Larry); his cousins, Amy Foster (Mike), Mia Wilson (Billy), Jennifer Allen and Tricia Farr (Marlin); his stepmother Margaret Mullins; his stepsister Julie McCoy; and his pet Gizmo. He is also survived by extended family members, neighbors and friends.
Memorials to honor Mitch's life can be given to the Mitchel Mullins Memorial fund in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
