He was predeceased by: his father J. R. O'Leary; and his grandparents, Harold, Rosalia O'Leary, David and Frieda Schrag.
He is survived by: his mother Joyce A. O'Leary (Schrag) of Hutchinson; and his aunts and uncles, Marvin, Fae Schrag of Hutchinson, Roger, Peggy Tacha of Oakley and Davieda Dick of Bradenton, FL. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Elliott Mortuary (1219 N Main St, Hutchinson, KS 67501). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Mennonite Church (1718 W Pretty Prairie Rd, Pretty Prairie, KS 67570).
Memorials are suggested to the Pretty Prairie Community Scholarship Fund or American Diabetes Association, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
