He was predeceased by: his parent Gene Allen; and his brother Mark Allen Schrock. He is survived by: his mother Mary Ellen Schrock (Egbert); his wife Angella Melland of Hutchinson; his children, Joe Schrock (Kassidy) of Wichita, Madison Schrock of Hutchinson, Elizabeth Schrock of Hutchinson and Hannah Schrock of Hutchinson; and his sister Ann Schrock of Hutchinson. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Cancer Council of Reno County, Trinity Catholic Jr./Sr. High School (to benefit the science department), or Hospice and HomeCare of Reno County, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
