She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Gibson and Phebe Ella Gibson (James); and her siblings, Bob Gibson, Eugene Gibson, Frank Gibson, Sue Hughes, Phebe Jennings, Ina Harper, Marie Rodgers, Sophia Baize and Fern Stoughton.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Newton (Delora), Jay Newton (Laura), Beth Boese, Leta Green (Gary) and Mary Homfeld (Barry). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
