She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Stowe and Marjorie Stowe (Clarke); her brother Max Stowe; and her daughter Linda Weible. She is survived by: her husband Jewell R. Bernard; her children, Debra J. Gardiner (Greg), Kristi L. Bernard and Jewell R. Bernard; her sister-in-law Freddean Stowe; her son-in-law Charles Weible; her niece Krista Smalley; and her grandchildren, Grant Gardiner (Megan), Brittany Gardiner, Sierra Gardiner, Erika Sutton (Mike), Brandon Bernard (Meagan), Aimee Bernard, Arrin Bernard (Molly) and Christopher Bernard. She is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Kansas Organization for Victim Assistance, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
