He is survived by: his parents, Jim D. Chambers and Cheryl Ann Chambers (Cottle) of Hutchinson; his sons, Tyler Chambers of Overland Park and Chase Chambers of New Jersey; and his granddaughter Ava. He is also survived by two aunts; and numerous cousins.

Memorials are suggested to First Church of the Nazarene, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
