She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Edward and Leona Aretta Rhodd (Kincaide); her husband Jack Elliott; her children, Peggy Elliott, Byron Elliott and Troy Elliott; and her sister Joanne Rhodd. She was also cherished by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
