He is survived by: his wife Anne Armstrong of Hutchinson; his children, Brian Armstrong of Topeka and Jennifer Armstrong (Tom Hickok) of Granby, CO; his grandchildren, Caleb Kelley of Granby, CO, Lauren and Charlotte Armstrong of Topeka; and his sister Johanna Harris of Hutchinson.
