She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Alexander and Elsie Louise Niedens (Maier); her nephew Darin Walker; and her niece Christina Walker. She is survived by: her husband Gary Joseph Banz; her stepson Brad Banz (Angie); her siblings, Lonnie Niedens (Kathy) and Loetta Walker (Sonny); and her stepgrandchildren, Kyle Banz (Savanna) and Melissa Myer (Vernon). She is also survived by five step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the American Red Cross, First Presbyterian Church, or Hospice and HomeCare of Reno County, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
