It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leslie Sanborn in Hutchinson, Kansas, born in Salina, Kansas, who passed away on November 12, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Sanborn and Mildred I. Sanborn (Parmly); and his siblings, David Sanborn, William "Billy" Sanborn, Joyce Ditto and Carol "Sue" Sanborn.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Waldschmidt; his children, Stacey Bryant (Adam) of Colwich, Stefanie Sanborn-Miller (Mike) of Hutchinson and Leslie L. Sanborn II of Hutchinson; his grandchildren, Abigail Bryant, Mason Bryant (Kelsey) and Braden Miller; and his sister Linda Ford (Cole) of Ipswich, England.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society at Church of the Holy Cross or Church of the Holy Cross Catholic Church, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
