He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Wallsten and Minnie Wallsten; his daughter Judith Ann Lazenby; and his sister Marilyn Avery. He is survived by: his children, Mike Wallsten (Jean Ann) and Deanna Cook; his brother Jim Wallsten (Mary); and his grandchildren, Billy Lazenby (Jackie), Ashley Lazenby (Ray), Valerie Osborn (Kyle) and Caleb Cook (Maddie). He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren, and 3 great great grandchildren.
