He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Flaming and Louise Grace Friesen (Thiessen); and his brother Gerald Dean Friesen (Jerry). He is survived by: his siblings, Raymond Friesen, Verbie Friesen Thiessen and Inman Judie Friesen Willems; his sister-in-law Shirley Knackstedt Friesen; and his son Bradley Friesen Lee (Denise). He is also survived by 3 granddaughters; 3 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
