He is survived by: his wife Rita Williams; his children, Eva Marie Rock, Tracy West (Marlen) and James West; his sisters, Juanita Lowrey, Sheryl McMillian and Brenda Harmony; and his goddaughter Jordan Shawl. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
