He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Frank and Marguerite DeCou (Meyer); his brothers, Donald Frank DeCou, Jr. and Robert Duane DeCou; and his daughter-in-law Shelli Ann DeCou.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Sue Jester; his children, Mark DeCou, Lori Bryan (Darrell) and Mindy Hayes (Eric); his grandchildren, Rachel DeCou, Riley DeCou, Zachery Bryan, Abigail Bryan, Gwyneth Hayes and Barrett Hayes; and his great grandchild Derek.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Trinity United Methodist Church or Hutchinson Regional Medical Foundation, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
