She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale McCoy and Bernice McCoy (Hines); her husband Harold Hash; and her brother Gary McCoy. She is survived by: her children, Brenda Hauschild (Donald) of Park City, IL and Randal Hash (Janeen Basye) of Hutchinson, KS; her siblings, Martin McCoy of Hutchinson, KS and Sandra Enslinger of Bartlesville, OK; her grandchildren, Valerie Bean (Eric), Chad Hauschild (Kim), Jenifer Blythe (Matt Monk) of Illinois, Brandi Henderson of Lincoln, NE and Michelle Henderson (Tim Traylor) of Hutchinson; her great grandchildren, Jonathon Williams (Sarah), Abigail Hauschild, Justus Henderson, Destiny Burns, Aryonna Burns, Felicity Henderson, Daxton and Easton Traylor; and her great great grandchildren, Lochlan, Bellamy and Jolene. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society or Gentiva Hospice and can be sent in care of the funeral chapel.
