He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Ivan and Emily Belle Conner (Carmichael); his wife Connie Hiebert (Krehbiel); his siblings, Beverly June Rickert, Mary Jane Garten (Glenn), Nellie Faye Jones (Jesse), Michael Edward Conner and William Virgil Conner (Billy); and his brother-in-law Paul Jones.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sarah Voran (Aaron) of Hutchinson and Dena Christine Conner of Hutchinson; his grandchildren, Matthew Guara, Riley Voran, Lillie Voran, Gena Gonzales, Jacob Perry and Josh Perry; his great grandchildren, Dante, Emilee, Jayden and Ashlyn Gonzales; his stepchildren, Angela Kuhn, Angela Fosdick, Chris Hiebert (Rex Cheever) and Glen Eschberger; his stepgrandchildren, Karole and Abbie; his sisters, Carol Sue Jones and Connie Lou Holt (Ron); and his sister-in-law Sandy Conner.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Hospice House or Hutchinson Local 179 Honor Guard (to benefit the Hutchinson Fire Department), in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
