He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Eckrote, and Catherine Eckrote, Sr. (Connell); and his grandson Benjamin Eckrote. He is survived by: his children, Richard Eckrote (Evonne) of Wichita, Archer Jarrett (David) and Catherine Stillings (Don) of Hutchinson; his granddaughters, Elizabeth Eckrote, Raleigh and Sydney Jarrett; and his sister Lynn Schelp of Quincy, IL..
