He is survived by: his wife Pamela Birdwell of Hutchinson, KS; his children, Chris Birdwell of Hutchinson, KS and Ami Dick (Scott) of Hutchinson, KS; his stepgrandchildren, Tonia Metz (Josh) and Joshua Bair (Sarah); and his brother Terry Wells of Mesquite, TX. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
