He is survived by: his mother Betty Hendrickson (Billinger) of Hutchinson; his son Michael Hendrickson; his sisters, Laura Oler, Julie Dale, Tina Knowles of Kingman, Michelle Wineinger of Prairie Village and Jennifer Hendrickson of Wichita; and his grandchildren, Mayzee Ray Bethke-Hendrickson and Arland Russell Bethke-Hendrickson of Nebraska.
