It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jodi Brack-Simmons of Hutchinson, Kansas, born in Newton, Kansas, who passed away on July 27, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Smith and Gladine Smith (McClure); and her husband Bob Brack. She is survived by: her daughters, Jerri Brack-Bowman (Bret) and Robin Brack-Zapata; her grandchildren, Gavan Brack Zapata and Gabrielle Renee Zapata; her brother Jerry Smith (Newton); and her friend Ann Heider.
Jodi was a volunteer for RSVP and Meals on Wheels and was a volunteer and board member for the Friendshop at the Hutchinson Public Library.
In lieu of flowers memorials are suggested to Joy Animal Rescue Mission or Jodi Brack-Simmons Memorial Fund for her grandchildren, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
