He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Leon and Norma Jean Josephson (Tice); his stepmother Margaret Yvonne Josephson; his daughter Megan Renee Josephson; and his stepsister Nancy McConnell.
He is survived by: his significant other Vicki Sue Dean of Hutchinson; his daughter Brecken MacMahon (Bryan Gentry) of Simi Valley, CA; his brother Jeff Josephson (Doris) of Olathe; his stepsister Sandra "Sandy" Zwick (Gary) of Sterling; his nephews, Zach Josephson and Cody Josephson; and his niece Chelsea Josephson of Olathe.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Kansas Honor Flight, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
