He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Burdick and Ellen Burdick (Todd); his son Jeremy Allen Burdick; and his grandson Lucas Swartz. He is survived by: his wife Susan Burdick of South Hutchinson; his children, Rachel Swartz (John) of McAllen, TX and Joshua Burdick (Celestina) of Hutchinson; his daughter-in-law Shauna Burdick; his mother-in-law Teena Krause of Hutchinson; his grandchildren, Jessica Swartz, Nickolaus Swartz, Matthew Swartz, Khayden McElhany and Stephen Burdick; his great grandchildren, Raviyn, Kloe and Alivia; and his sisters, Sharon Burns (Bob) of Wichita and Connie Crow (Fred) of Nebraska. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
