He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert and Eleanor Elise Rhaesa (Ironside); and his former wife Carol. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Rhaesa (Seward) of Hutchinson; his children, Jim Rhaesa (Tina) of Evans, GA, Beth Stevens (Sam) of Aurora, CO, David Rhaesa (Rebecca) of Salina, Lesa Brown (Andy) of Colorado Springs, CO, Katie Wadsworth (Nathan) of Wichita and Megan Rhaesa of Hutchinson; and his sister Eleanor Thompson. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Therefore, in lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Trinity United Methodist Church, Hutchinson or Sunrise Presbyterian Church, Salina, (both to benefit those attending church camps), in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
