He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Doyle Wilcoxen and Marceline Louise Huffman; and his sister Jane Lees. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Lilly Miller; his children, Kurt A. (Joyce) of Independence, MO, Andrea Jan Martin (Raymond) of Ridgefield, CT and Adele Lea Wilcoxen Evans (Hos) of Overland Park; his grandchildren, Kyle Wilcoxen, Dana Wilcoxen, Raymond Paul Martin, Jr., James Martin (Maria Claire) and Graham Martin; and his sister Mary D. Krause of Shreveport, LA.. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
