She was predeceased by: her parents, Mauro Garcia and Pauline Garcia (Jaramillo); her sister Virginia (Irene); her husband Ralph C. Anzo; and her daughter Sally K. Cruz.
She is survived by: her son Steven G. Anzo (Sandra); her son-in-law Larry Cruz; her grandchildren, Erika Anzo, Kristen Gates, Alexis Cruz, Steven A. Anzo, Joseph Cruz and Alex Cruz; and her great grandchild Lincoln (Memphis Witt).
