He was predeceased by: his parents, James O. Billingsley and Gladys Billingsley (Hudson); his wife Julia; his son Gerald; and his son-in-law Scott.
He is survived by: his daughter Dorothy Howton of Dawson Springs, KY.; and his close friend Barbara Phillips. He is also survived by three grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
