She was predeceased by: her father Cecil McClellan. She is survived by: her husband Fred Blackwell; her children, Brittany Blackwell (Michael Dunsworth) and Corey Blackwell of Hutchinson; her grandsons, Gage Freyholtz and Toby Walden of Hutchinson; her mother Dorothy Edwards (Roy) of Livingston, TX; and her sisters, Wendy Miller (Michael) and Robin Shultz "McClellan" of Hutchinson.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations are to be made to KidneyCare Oklahoma in her name.
