With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Harley Dean Meier (Hutchinson, Kansas), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Meier and Jette Marie Meier (Buss). He is survived by: his children, Artie Meier (Teri) and Julie Meier; his daughter-in-law Joanna Meier; his grandchildren, Brandon Meier, Jason Meier, Clint Meier, Ryon Meier, Desiree Penner, Matthew Meier, Ethan Meier and Tad Meier; his sister Joyce Bliss; and his brother-in-law Chet Martin. He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and eight great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hutchinson Funeral Chapel (300 E 30th Ave, Hutchinson, KS 67502). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at the Memorial Park Cemetery (5905 W 4th Ave, Hutchinson, KS 67501).
Memorials may be given to Gentiva Hospice or Cancer Council of Reno County and can be sent in care of the funeral chapel.
