He is survived by: his wife Janet Young Teague of Hutchinson; his children, Amy Bailey of Hutchinson and Dustin Teague of Great Bend; his grandchildren, Wyett Montoya, Abel Bailey and Roselynn Bailey; his sisters, Rhonda Sample of Hutchinson, Alice Schmidt of Wichita and Kelly Millett of Altamonte Springs, FL; and his stepchildren, Kellie Bookless of McPherson and Daryl Koestel (MaryAnn) of Hutchinson.
