He was predeceased by: his parents, Melville Jacobs and Juanita Jacobs (Clark). He is survived by: his wife Pam Jacobs of Hutchinson; his children, Marc Jacobs (Barbara) of Valley Center and Heather Malcolm (Ian) of Bailey, CO; his grandchildren, Ian Bertolacci, Mourin Malcolm and Samara Malcolm; and his siblings, Kay Clark Jacobs (Jan) of Hutchinson, Wallace 'Jake' Jacobs (Theresa) of Wichita and Gaye Stach of Hutchinson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.
