He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Werth, and Lydia Werth (Hepp); his brother Robert; and his wife Ginger. He is survived by: his brother Vernon Werth (Diana) of Colorado; his children, Katherine Wilbourn (Eugene) of Oklahoma and Michael J Werth (Misty) of Kansas; his stepson John Stutzman (Amanda) of Kansas; and his grandchildren, Tiffani Glen (Robert) of Oklahoma, Kayla Butler (Aaron) of Oklahoma, Megan Welch (Lloyd) of Oklahoma, Jesseca Brady (John) of Virginia, Zane, Zayden Stutzman of Kansas, Ashley Rios (John) of Texas, Sydney Werth of Arizona and Jordan Werth of Kansas. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
