With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Durline M Barkley (Hutchinson, Kansas), born in Osage, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 28, 2023 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilce Alexander and Ollie May Spence (Wilson); her husbands, James Barkley and Bob; and her son Paul.
She is survived by: her children, Jim Barkley (Linda), Robert Barkley, Lon Barkley, John Barkley (Connie), Craig Barkley (Mary), David Barkley (Teresa) and Wendy Drake (Hoss). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren; one brother-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Durline Barkley Memorial Fund, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
