It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas D Nichols (Hutchinson, Kansas), who passed away on October 3, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence "Larry" Nichols. He is survived by: his mother Karen Elizabeth Nichols (Cannon) of South Hutchinson; his sisters, Debra Kitts (Craig) of Hutchinson and Lori Dimmitt (Robert) of Hutchinson; his nieces and nephews, Tyler Kitts (Samantha), Michelle Updegrove (Jeff), Zane Dimmitt and Kyli Dimmitt; his great-niece Oaklee Mae Kitts; and his pet Lucy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to The Omega Project of McPherson (a program that impacted Doug), in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
