It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donna Mae Tankersley of Hutchinson, Kansas, born in Wichita, Kansas, who passed away on June 20, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood "Dick" Dague and Floy Dague (Williams); her husband Don Tankersley; her son Steve Tankersley; and her sisters, Norma Pallet and Katy Smoot.
She is survived by: her brother Elwood "Dick" Dague Jr.; her children, Scott Tankersley (Sandy) and Stacy Ayres (Tim); and her grandchildren, Shawna Tankersley, Nikki Tankersley, Justin Tankersley (Angie) and Wendy McBride (Josh). She is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Hutchinson Animal Shelter, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
