She was predeceased by: her mothers, Fay M. Hatcher and Nellie Catherine Hatcher (Marshall); her children, Julie Kay Smith Johnson and Robert Allen Seefeldt (Christine Mae Seefeldt); and her brothers, Gwyn Hatcher (Marylou) and Merlyn Hatcher (Carole).
She is survived by: her husband Bob Seefeldt; her former husband Kenneth Blevins; her daughter Cathy (Larry); and her son-in-law Terry Johnson. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Donna Blevins Memorial Fund, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
