She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Vernon Rolf and Tressa Rolf (Gimpel); her husband Alvin 'Al Walter Schwertfeger; and her great grandchildren, Riley, Aubrey and Rose Howard.
She is survived by: her son Galen Schwertfeger (Belinda) of Kalamazoo, MI; her granddaughters, Arrianne Scott of Norman, OK and Alexandra Howard (Thomas) of Kalamazoo, MI; her great grandchildren, Grant, Morgan, Paige, Grayson, Olivia and Felicity Howard; and her siblings, Vernon Rolf (Jayne) of Mesa, AZ and Janet Cox (Kerry) of Pratt, KS. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, in care of Elliott Mortuary and Crematory, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
