He was predeceased by: his parents, William E. Lee and Marie Wave Parker (Smyres). He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Parker of Hutchinson, KS; his sons, Chad Parker (Jamie) of Wichita, KS and Matthew Parker (Andrea) of Hutchinson, KS; and his grandchildren, Dayton Snow (Kaylee), Ashlin Parker, Elizabeth Gillis (Josh), Cierra Berendsen (Dominque), Kayla Parker, Jacob Gillis and Cassidy Parker. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
