We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2023, at the age of 86, Dixie L Easdon of Hutchinson, Kansas, born in Waterloo, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert William and Laura Marguerite McCarthy (Nichols); her daughter Pamela Douglas; her siblings, Barbara Grasseschi and Bill McCarthy; and her granddaughter Hannah Easdon.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Franklin Easdon; her children, Jerry Easdon (Judi) of Hollister, MO, Paula Sue Endicott (Terry) of Broken Arrow, OK and Jess Easdon (Kim) of Hutchinson; and her son-in-law Steve Douglas (Vickie) of Broken Arrow, OK. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and 14 great- grandchildren plus scores of bonus children.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to Bethany Church of the Nazarene or Open Door Health Services, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
