It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Delores L. Cook (Hutchinson, Kansas), born in Optima, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 19, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Smith (Whaley) and Howard Smith; her spouse Eual E. Cook; and her brothers, Lawrence Smith and Fay Smith.
She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer R. Cook (Matthew Goddard) of Topeka; and her cousin Kay Brinkley (Kenneth) of Amarillo. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
