Delbert W. Story Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Delbert W. Story (Hutchinson, Kansas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 23, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Delbert farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Delbert is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Story and Ruby Story; his son Kevin Story; and his sons-in-law, Harry Pitts and Wesley Comer.
He is survived by: his wife Sharron. He is also survived by 14 Grandchildren and multiple great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at 106 W 1st Ave, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
