She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Wedel and Ella Mae Wedel (Thiel); and her nephew Kyle Holland. She is survived by: her husband Don Byers; her children, Kirsta Byers (Jim McCluskie) and Aaron Byers (Lisa); her grandchildren, Maliek Miller, Kassandra McCluskie, Lorielle McCluskie and Connor Audette; her sisters, Donna Holland (Wendell), Denise Klima (Jim) and Dian Long (Randy); her siblings-in-law, Deb Graber and Mike Byers; and her mother-in-law Naomi Shuchman. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the National Pancreatic Cancer Foundation, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
